Vanderbilt Country Club was developed during 1999 and 2000 with a mindfulness toward superior quality. The initial design, infrastructure, policies, and practices were all created with the goal of the Club being one of the finest bundled communities in the area. Today, we continue that tradition of excellence and are proud that we not only are a top-tier bundled golf community in Naples, but also in all of Southwest Florida. At VCC, a country club membership is included with every residential purchase. There are no initiation fees or applications. (A bundled community also is referred to as a C.I.R.A., or Common Interest Realty Association.) By maintaining strong leadership and implementing excellence in operation, VCC sustains an extremely high quality of life that is supported by a strong financial foundation.  Both the course and the first day the clubhouse opened for business was January 4, 1999.

Our Club was masterfully designed to include a combination of 800 estate homes, villas, carriage homes and condominiums situated on more than 323 acres of shimmering lakes, lush fairways and nature preserves. The tree-lined 18-hole, par 72 golf course winds through a beautiful 6,631 yards, and is enhanced by undulating fairways and stunning landscaping. Originally designed by Gordon G. Lewis, it was re-designed by much-acclaimed architect, Kipp Schulties, in 2015.  The design is unique and striking, resulting in a course that is creative, challenging and a true pleasure to play. With five sets of tees on each hole, the Vanderbilt course offers exciting challenges for both the novice and experienced golfer. The Club isn't only about golf; with six lighted Har-Tru Tennis Courts, four dining venues, social activities and classes, Vanderbilt Country Club offers extensive opportunities to enjoy life and grow as a person.

Vanderbilt Country Club is owned and operated by the homeowners. It has a strong community association and an on-site Community Association Office. All facets of community life are professionally managed, and community directors and managers are among the best in their fields. The volunteer Board of Directors (five elected members) is supported by specialized member committees and sets the vision and direction of the community. The combination of a strong financial foundation coupled with strong professional and volunteer leadership ensures Vanderbilt's future success as a great place to live. We consider Vanderbilt to be the premier bundled community in all of Southwest Florida!

  • Activities
    • VCC hosts a full calendar of club social activities throughout the year. From traditional holiday celebrations to fun social events, members look forward to gathering with friends and neighbors to enjoy a great time. A full-time activities director arranges member gatherings that include theme dinner dances, game nights, card groups, day trips, theater trips, special luncheons, off-site excursions, games and other planned activities throughout the year. In addition, VCC has many clubs and reoccurring special interest activities that give ample opportunity to socialize and build friendships.

  • Lifestyle
    • VCC’s total array of facilities, activities, club offerings and community opportunities provide a quality of life that can rarely be surpassed. As one of the first clubs to be recognized as a Blue Zones community in Naples, the Club offers many opportunities to enhance its members’ health and enjoyment of life. VCC also has a strong spirit of generosity and community involvement, with many members contributing through volunteered time and financial support. While the Club officially supports several charitable organizations, its members are involved in many other worthwhile organizations and efforts that improve the lives of others.
