Clubhouse

The Vanderbilt Country Club campus includes a 34,000 square-foot clubhouse complex comprised of two main buildings. Elegant, yet contemporary, it provides a myriad of services and activities. The Vista Room, Grille Room, bar area and Terrace Cafe offer fine and casual dining or a glass of wine with friends. The clubhouse's specially designed spaces for meetings, banquets, activities and private events provide a lovely environment for a club dance, a private family celebration or a fun game of Mah Jongg.

Vista Room

The Vista Room is the main dining room and was recently expanded and redesigned in a contemporary style. A beautiful area for fine dining and special events, the design is not only visually appealing, but the acoustics are also amazing. The structure and the special fabric ceiling add an auditory ambiance to live music, DJ music and amplified speakers. A lovely yet comfortable space, the Vista Room, can hold more than 200 guests or can be divided to hold more intimate gatherings.

Vanderbilt Room

The Vanderbilt Room is an elegant area for meetings, intimate receptions or meals. Able to hold up to 16 people comfortably, the room is furnished with a wall-mounted smart television which can serve as a large laptop monitor and an extensive digital audio system. Beautifully appointed and comfortable, it is one of the most utilized spaces in the clubhouse.

Clubhouse Bar & Lounge Area

The VCC bar and lounge area provides an intimate, friendly atmosphere; yet it is quite spacious. The majority of the wall space is windowed, providing an amazing view of colorful landscaping and a beautiful panoramic view of the the fifth and ninth fairways. Whether enjoying a drink with friends or Friday night dinner, this space is one of the most popular at VCC.  The lounge area expands onto a large, covered terrace that also accesses the Vista Room—a favorite outdoor space for drinks and meals.

Terrace Cafe

Our members and guests can't get enough of Southwest Florida weather, particularly during the fall, winter and spring.  Another outside dining/bar area is adjacent to our main club pool.  The Terrace Cafe serves casual dining, has a snack bar for swimmers and is a favorite spot for a quick hotdog- or sandwich-to-go between the 9th and 10th holes. Poolside service is particularly popular amongst our sun worshippers who are reluctant to give up their lounges.

Activity Rooms

Well-appointed, attractive and comfortable activity rooms are in both clubhouse complex buildings. These rooms are used for playing games, classes, clubs, meetings and other activities.

Library, Computer Room

For members and guests who need computer and printer access, VCC maintains an attractive and quiet library/computer room. The library is well-stocked with favorite donated fiction and some non-fiction. It's a great place to visit before heading poolside!

All of Vanderbilt Country Club's public clubhouse areas are accessible to free WIFI.
