Vanderbilt Country Club was developed during 1999 and 2000 with a mindfulness toward superior quality. The initial design, infrastructure, policies, and practices were all created with the goal of the Club being one of the finest bundled golf communities in the area. Today, we continue that tradition of excellence and are proud that we not only are a top-tier bundled golf community in Naples, but in all of Southwest Florida. At VCC, a country club membership is included with every residential purchase. There are no initiation fees or applications. (A bundled community also is referred to as a C.I.R.A., or Common Interest Realty Association.) By maintaining strong leadership and implementing excellence in operation, VCC sustains an extremely high quality of life that is supported by a strong financial foundation.
Our Club was masterfully designed to include a combination of 800 estate homes, villas, carriage homes and condominiums situated on more than 323 acres of shimmering lakes, lush fairways and nature preserves. The tree-lined 18-hole, par 72 golf course winds through a beautiful 6,631 yards, and is enhanced by undulating fairways and stunning landscaping. Originally designed by Gordon G. Lewis, it was redesigned by much-acclaimed architect, Kipp Schulties, in 2015. The design is unique and striking, resulting in a course that is creative, challenging and a true pleasure to play. With five sets of tees on each hole, the Vanderbilt course offers exciting challenges for both the novice and experienced golfer. The Club isn't only about golf; with six lighted Har-Tru Courts, four dining venues, social activities and classes, Vanderbilt Country Club offers extensive opportunities to enjoy life and grow as a person.
Vanderbilt Country Club is owned and operated by the homeowners. It has a strong community association and an on-site Community Association Office. All facets of community life are professionally managed and the community directors and managers we hire are among the best in the business. The volunteer Board of Directors, five elected members, are supported by specialized member committees and sets the vision and direction of the community. The combination of a strong financial foundation coupled with strong professional and volunteer leadership ensures VCC's future success as a great place to live. We consider VCC to be the premier bundled community in all of Southwest Florida!
