Since the removal of a real estate office on property, the Property Management Office and Membership Office receives many inquiries about properties for sale. We are happy to provide information to potential buyers, but we do not have a comprehensive list of all available properties. This is the time to get a lot of exposure on your advertisement, as the staff is referring all inquiries to the Vanderbilt Web Site Classified Section.
VCC RESIDENTS: Forward your Classified Ad Form to Niki Dutton, Membership Director for immediate placement. You may also walk your written ad into Niki at the Clubhouse. Ads may include phone numbers, email addresses and links to owner web sites. Ads are to be placed by owners, not Realtors.
