Membership
A country club membership is included with every home purchase. There are no initiation fees. The buyer of a residence will be required to pay the Club a $2,500 Resale Capital Fee, which will be collected from the title company at closing. Vanderbilt Country Club is considered a C.I.R.A. (Common Interest Realty Association) club, more commonly referred to as a “bundled” community. All members may participate in a variety of activities revolving around the community social center and golfing activities.
The lifestyle at Vanderbilt Country Club includes a 34,000 square foot (air-conditioned) clubhouse complex, with both fine and casual dining, locker facilities, grill room and lounge, meeting and banquet facilities, a fully equipped golf/tennis proshop with PGA and PTA professionals, 6 Har-Tru tennis courts, heated swimming pools/spa/cabana, computer media center, fitness center, an 18-hole par 72 championship golf course and a fulltime Activities Director. Vanderbilt has an on-site Property Management Office available for homeowner needs.
Members and their accompanying guests are entitled to use all of the Club’s facilities in accordance with their membership status. A member is an owner of record (names appears on deed) or legally married spouse of owner of record. No more than two persons per unit may enjoy the use of Common Recreation Areas as members (excepting dependent children under 23 years of age living in the unit.) Designees are one or two owners who have been designated as members by the owners of record.
All members are encouraged to use and promote the Club facilities for private parties, wedding, banquets and other occasions. The Club is dedicated to the very best in fellowship, recreation and enjoyment.
