Vanderbilt Country Club is a bundled community and we pride ourselves on being the premier bundled community in Southwest Florida. What is a bundled community?At Vanderbilt a country club membership is included with every residential purchase. There are no initiation fees. We are also referred to as a C.I.R.A. (Common Interest Realty Association) club, but more commonly referred to as a “bundled” community. All members are owners and all owners are members (Need more information?)
