Vanderbilt Country Club is a privately gated bundled community and we pride ourselves on being the premier bundled community in Southwest Florida. What is a bundled community?At Vanderbilt a country club membership is included with every residential purchase. There are no initiation fees. We are also referred to as a C.I.R.A. (Common Interest Realty Association) club, but more commonly referred to as a “bundled” community. All members are owners and all owners are members (Need more information?)

Vanderbilt innovates and renovates to enhance our members' experience and to truly live the Florida lifestyle. With member approval in November 2011, in two phases between spring 2012 and January 2014, Vanderbilt Country Club will renovate and add to several key areas of the Club's amenities available to members. These include:

· Construction of a new Fitness and Aerobics Center
· Construction of a new Grille & Bar at the main Pool
· New Activities/Games Room with Restroom Facilities
· Remodeling of the Golf Pro Shop and Cart Barn
· Expansion of the Main Dining Room and Clubhouse Kitchen
· Expansion of the Clubhouse Lounge
· Addition of Outdoor Dining Terraces
